Every year, LegalShield sends its top associates on two exclusive trips to fantastic destinations like Cancun, Hawaii, Vegas, or the Bahamas! Maintain your monthly Performance Club qualification (and meet all other contest rules) and you and a guest could be swept away to paradise!

Additional Rules
• Must be a LegalShield Advantage subscriber.
• Retention requirements may vary by trip, please refer to current trip flier for full qualification details.
• Memberships that reinstate under 6 months will not produce any premium.
• Memberships that reinstate over 6 months but fewer than 5 years will produce premium to a new writing associate.
• Memberships that have been out over 5 years will produce premium to any associate.
• Upgrades to existing memberships are eligible to earn premium.
• Associates that have been out over 5 years will count for the multiplier if a membership is linked.
• Associates that have been out over 5 years and have paid the current associate fee will be eligible for the Fast Start bonus.
• The recruiting multiplier will apply once the minimum $67 new membership premium is met.
• The second recruiting multiplier for PCPro qualifiers will apply once the $120 minimum membership premium is met.
• Recruit multiplier will be applied to new premium written, excluding any carryover premium.
• A new or reinstated associate must have an active linked membership before premium will be multiplied.
• An active linked IDShield membership will be counted if the recruit resides in a licensed state.
• A GeneralAgent/Broker and Special Agreements will apply as a multiplier the month they process their first business. Performance club will have to be notified once they do.
PC Reboot
• One time assist within a 12-month period.
• Associates must make up the points by the 15th of the following month. All processing deadlines must be met. For full details on current daily submission deadlines, ask Erin.
• No PC bonus will be issued for the month PC Reboot is used.
• PC Reboot can be used any month except for the last month of the quarter towards trip qualification.
• The reboot applies to all new agreements allowing associates to make up the points missed the previous month. The reboot will automatically drop off it is not used. You can email performanceclub@legalshieldcorp.com if you choose not to use the reboot. This will be removed the following month.
