How to Qualify
Group 1: Qualify for the Platinum World Council April 2022 - March 2023
Group 2: Qualify for the Circle of Champions April 2022 - March 2023
Group 3: Qualify for PC Pro July 2022 - March 2023 (6 of 8 Months)
• PC qualify the other 2 months.
• Have a minimum of 15 personal recruits with 3 Fast Start qualifiers.
• Have a personal and organizational retention of 65% or higher on April 1, 2023.
Additional Rules
· Performance Club Premiums determine if you qualify for Performance Club bonuses, trips, and other rewards.
· Performance Club Premium exceeding $200 is carried over to the following month, up to a maximum of $100.
· Only Power Team Senior Directors and above will be eligible for the multiplier bonus.
· Power Team: Your Power Team is your entire organization (including your personal production), not including any business written under another Power Team Senior Director.
· Power Team Recruits: All recruits (personal or organizational) in your organization not under another Power Team Senior Director.
· Associates that meet the Power Team Senior Director Recruiting requirements will have their bonus multiplied by 1.25X for having 5 - 9 Power Team Recruits or 2X for having 10+ Power Team Recruits. Maximum bonus potential is $1,000 for Associates 24+ months who achieve PC Pro ($500 x 2 = $1,000).
· Existing memberships are eligible to receive upgrade premiums. The member must be canceled for five years for the original associate to receive upgrade premium.
· Reinstated associates will be counted as new Power Team recruits, provided they purchase or have an active membership, and pay the associate fee. Their agreement has been canceled for a minimum of 5 years or more.
· No upgrade premium will be issued for a reinstated member who reinstates and upgrades at the same time.
· Minimum personal retention required to be paid a PC bonus is 65%.
· A new or reinstated associate must have an active linked membership before counting as a new recruit.
· An active linked IDShield membership will be counted if the recruit resides in a licensed state.
PC Reboot
· One-time assist within 12 months.
· Associates must make up the points by the 15th of the following month. All processing deadlines must be met.

· No PC bonus will be issued for the month PC Reboot is used.
· PC Reboot can be used any month except for the last month of the quarter towards trip qualification.
· The reboot applies to all new agreements allowing associates to make up the points missed the previous month. The reboot will automatically drop off if it is not used.
· You can email performanceclub@legalshieldcorp.com if you choose not to use the reboot. This will be removed the following month.
